  1. The contest is open to all *amateur groups consisting of 3-5 members, male and/or female, ages 18-25.
    *Members of the group should not have worked or be working in the advertising/media/production industry, or have been paid for producing any of the creative executions required by the competition

  2. Each group is tasked to come up with a public service ad campaign that depicts domestic violence according to one, a combination, or all of the following key messages:

    • Domestic violence is real
    • Domestic violence is not just about physical abuse
    • Domestic violence can happen to young people

  3. For the elimination round, the public service ad campaign must include the following components and formats:

    • 1 print ad layout, JPEG or PDF, at least 300 dpi, color or B/W
    • 1 clean storyboard for a 60-second public service TV ad, JPEG or PDF, at least 300 dpi

  4. Interested groups must register by downloading the application form found in the official Avon website: http://www.avon.com.ph

  5. All campaign entries and completely filled-up forms must be sent by email to avonspeakout@gmail.com by 11:59PM of Saturday, June 30 using only the indicated email address of the team representative as found in the application form. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of every email entry. In case multiple emails are sent, Avon will only recognize the very first email received.

  6. Participants must strictly follow the email format indicated below when sending their entries:

      • Application form: <Group Name>_App
      • Print Ad: <Group Name>_Print
      • Storyboard: <Group Name>_Storyboard

  7. Judges will choose 12 finalists who will compete for the top 3 grand prizes.

    • First Prize - Php 75,000
    • Second Prize - Php 50,000
    • Third Prize - Php 25,000

  8. The criteria for judging are as follows:

    • Creativity: novel and appropriate interpretation of key message/s
    • Clarity of message: precise presentation of message in a manner that is easy to understand
    • Execution: thought-provoking and strong without resorting to scandalous and repulsive imagery or copy
